I have been going to this restaurant since I was 8 years old. When you can smoke in there. The place is great for fast breakfast food. They have amazing pancakes I came here with my kids they picked the most non breakfast food.. The French toast came out with powdered sugar and melted butter so amazing good. They have the best kind of fries. our waitress was good she got our order in fast. The drinks come in container so no refills only coffee And they unfortunately take cash only. This place I would recommend if you want to eat a quick breakfast
Probably one of the best breakfast I've ever had. This is located bright inRoslindale Square across from my credit union. When we went to have breakfast I had yelp to find a close place by to find breakfast and this came up. The food was cooked order it was perfect the server was very nice and friendly explaining everything that they had. I am looking forward to going there again has the home fries and the omelette was perfect. This is definitely hidden jewel in the center of Rosindale.
Very very good. Portuguese sausage. Yes. Friendly staff. Spacious place. Toast comes out first which I enjoyed. Portuguese omelet (linguica sausage, tomato, onion, cheese) and tasty home fries with side of dark rye toast My breakfast partner loved loved his French toast Will be coming back to this rozzie square spot
A friend just moved to Roslindale and we found the Blue Star. I had thought the restaurants like this had been chased away. This is good food, prepared quickly and there's always a cup of coffee. She had the corned beef hash and I the blue berry pancakes. Both were delicious. Service was insanely speedy and really nice. If you need a no pretense place for breakfast -- this is the place. Amazing.
